By booking a tour, transportation service, or any activity with Adventure Seekers Travel & Tours ("Adventure Seekers," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed by Adventure Seekers.
• We reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payments

We accept payments through:

• GCash
• BPI Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Cash (upon agreement)

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Bank charges, PayPal fees, or transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

3. Tour Inclusions

Unless otherwise specified, tour prices may include:

• Transportation
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off (Anda area only)
• Entrance fees
• Local guides
• Drinking water
• Safety equipment

Please check your booking confirmation for the specific inclusions of your chosen tour.

4. Tour Exclusions

Unless specifically stated, the following are not included:

• Meals and drinks
• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance
• Tips and gratuities
• Additional activities not included in the itinerary

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.
• Arriving on time at the agreed pick-up location.
• Following all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
• Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

Adventure Seekers reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest's condition may pose a safety risk.

6. Health & Fitness Requirements

Certain tours involve:

• Walking on uneven terrain
• Climbing stairs
• Entering caves
• Swimming or water activities

Guests should ensure they are physically fit to participate.

Participation is at the guest's own risk.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

For the safety of our guests, Adventure Seekers may modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to:

• Bad weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Events beyond our control

Alternative dates or credits may be offered when possible.

8. Transportation Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Ferry schedule changes
• Flight cancellations
• Weather conditions
• Mechanical issues beyond our control

We will make every reasonable effort to assist affected guests.

9. Liability

Adventure Seekers acts as a tour operator and coordinator of services.

While we take every reasonable precaution for guest safety, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Illness
• Accidents caused by third parties
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Participation in all tours is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Adventure Seekers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during tours or transportation.

11. Photography & Marketing

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for:

• Social media
• Website content
• Promotional materials

Guests who do not wish to appear in photos should inform us before the tour begins.

12. Privacy

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bohol, Philippines.
